Lots of theaters offer promotions to bring families to their theaters so make sure you take advantage.

National Amusement Theaters (Showcase) offers their bookworm program. Any child who brings in a book report gets a free movie along with their parent and any child under the age of 6. http://www.nationalamusements.com/programs/bookworm.asp
Don’t spend every day inside, but some rainy days or just those too hot days are perfect movie theater times.

Thanks for sharing this. I just learned of this Regal promotion the other day. I think that is so great. I’m not sure if they have them in the greater Michigan area but RedBox is also offering some free movie promotions. I will see if I can find the link and send it to you.
